About the Wine
Coeur Blanc is a unique limited-production
white wine made from fully mature Pinot
Noir grapes. At harvest, 100% estate-grown
Pinot Noir grapes from selected vineyard
blocks are handpicked and carefully sorted.
The grapes are then gently whole-cluster
pressed, limiting contact with the skins so
that only the purest essence or “white heart”
juice is expressed. The resulting juice is barrel
fermented in French oak, then aged on the
lees for 14 months prior to bottling.
